New for 2024, The Overlook Playhouse soars to 7′ in height, making it one of the tallest playhouses in our classic sets. The unique design maximizes play space: your children can party on the lower tower and rule and reign inside the playhouse on top!

Split into two levels, this modern playhouse swing set has a 6’x12′ double deck playdeck. Featuring a 6’x6’ playdeck at 5′ tall and a 6’x6′ playdeck at 7′ tall with a 4’x6′ playhouse on top, this modern playhouse creates a spacious, multi-level backdrop to host your children’s imaginative play.

The bottom level is all about moving and sliding. The dual slides provide thrilling races or blend seamlessly into the adventure unfolding in your kid’s mind. The staircase’s easy steps are the perfect access point, and it is just a quick hop up to the 7′ level.

Sparking more fun and adventure, the top level’s playhouse and turbo tube slide will be the hub of many happy memories. The big window on the playhouse lets in natural light and lets you keep an eye on the play, while the turbo tube slide is irresistibly fun.

The Overlook Playhouse is packed with fun under the towers. With plenty of head space under the 7′ tower, we added decking and a lemonade stand with two chairs to create a relaxing nook. A delightful shady area, it is perfect for afternoon snacks, coloring, or play. The 3′ rope tire swing under the 5′ tower will be a hub of laughter and swinging fun.
