Overall great experience. Damaged slide (during delivery) was replaced no questions asked and within a normal timeframe. Although covid slowed the delivery market down they were responsive and did 100% customer service. Would recommend Swing It

We have our playset for more than 2 years and are really happy we did it with swing it. The whole experience, from design, color and picking the right swings and slides to accommodate all the different ages and natures. The most favorite thing is that we did the monkey bar seperate from the swings. That was a good idea as kids can enjoy both at the same time. The rubber mats were a smart choice too. More affordable than mulch and perfect. Service is exceptional too. Way to go!
